    Talking Cycle Results... and a question

    Ok guys.. here it is...
    Started at 132lbs.. im 5"7" and 30 years old (I know natural growth.. but as everyone knows motivation can be lacking when u dont see results.. especially if you are skinny)

    1st cycle 400mg week 10 weeks Deca (I know I didnt stack with test.. ok .. I had an ignorant trainer.. and have learned a lot form u guys.. next time will be better)

    Ok i am on my PCT... 4 weeks since last shot.. i was weighing 155lbs down to 150lbs but seem to be holding it... still on my diet and workout as normal....

    ok the Question: Should I expect anymore weight loss???

    That is not an easy question to answer, are you taking any anti-e's through your PCT? Your calorie intake will dictate how much weight you will maintain.

    Ok.. im taking clomid and nolva... proper doses... also my calorie intake is the same as when on cycle...like 3200 calories a day....

    Do you feel you are holding water? Deca bloats me badly, but it's kind to my old joints. If not keep an eye on your weight and if it drops make an adjustment in calories.

    Cool.. if i notice a drop.. will try to increase to 4000 per day... i didnt feel too much bloating.. but my joints hurt when i work out.. and the deca fixed that.. that was awesome...

    what u lost was water. nothing special. keep a good diet and ur workouts should be toned down.
