It doesn't really matter unless you are doing daily injections. In that case you would want to inject at around the same time everydy, but the time of day is not important. I'm guessing that these will be your first injections, so I would start out with glute injections.

Inject prior to working the muscle group. Some may disagree but by hitting your quads before you do leg day just makes the oil dissapate quicker and leaves you alot less sore.
