I am on my last week of Loeffler sustenon (8 weeks). It sucks, but I've gained almost 100 pounds on my squat and would like to keep it. The problem is, I was never able to get ahold of any clomid/nolvadex. I have friends that have done 10 week cycles before without any PCT, and they have kept most of their gains. Has anyone done a cycle before without PCT and kept anything? Also, is there any supplement / vitamin I can take to help?

You'll be very lucky if you don't lose your gains, PCT is a must. I've never heard of anyone doing a legit cycle and coming off cold while keeping their gains... You need PCT! Clomid is not that expensive, especially the liquid versions that are sold at research sites. Most of those sites are very good on their delivery time aswell, you'll be sorry if don't spend the extra 30-50$...

I only gained around 8 pounds, but I did gain a lot of strength. I had to go through 2 bottles though ( 1cc twice a week for 8 weeks).Quote:

pct is needed in my opinion and those that dont do it are lying about how much they lose after their cycle is done...(depending on what their cycle was ofcourse).....
get clomid and nolva man....spend the extra $$$....i didnt use it my first cycle just over a year ago and hate myself for it...(i have gyno)...

I have been researching here and many other places for months. It is my opinion that pct and clomid are a 'must' for anyone. As far as nolva goes I don't think it is always needed, but why not be on the safe side and keep some around? No one here sells clomid(not that I know of) so we are not simply pushing a product, but trying to educate those people who seem to gather their info from "a friend who they know from the gym" or "this guy who sold me some dbol".

The only way you and your friends would gain on a cycle and keep the gains without any PCT is if your gear was fake and it didn't shut down your natural production i.e. all of your gains were simply because of the "placebo" effect.
