    eq+prop,do I need to have high eq miligrams with test?

    I was planning to do eq,winny,testprop. since I am doing test do I really need 400mg/week or 250mg is good enough? money problem ofcourse becuase I wanted to get some clen too.


    eq1-10 400mg---250mg
    prop1-12 100mgeod
    winny week 6-12

    i would not do 250mg eq per week. 400-600mg per week.

    yeah bro i agree...250mg/wk of EQ aint gonna do much if anything go 400mg/wk and youll be happy with your results.

    I don't want to get bigger anymore I really want to lower my bodyfat is the cycle going to that for me? I will cut all fat and run 5*45 before breakfast.
    I am 215 at 5-10 so that is enough for me.

    I'd stick with the 400mg EQ/week. You'll get better results - and i wouldn't consider 400mg EQ a huge jump that will make you bigger...

    your diet will be key. that'll be the bigger factor in how much you cutup or how much you gain, etc...

    i can understand a lower fat diet, but do NOT try to cut all fat, as you've said...
