    I've missplaced my sex drive...PLEASE read

    Wk 1-9 Test Enanthate 500mg ew
    Wk 1-9 EQ 400mg ew

    Nolva started week 3 ran 20mg ed for a week. 10mg ew there after.
    Clomid for PCT

    I took my ending week 9 shot 12/10/03. I planned for 10 weeks but my supply was under filled and I only got 9 weeks out of it. I barely got .5 cc for my last shot of EQ on 12/10/03, but that was in part from under filling and from wasting some when working out the kinks of withdrawing.

    Ok, 5’9 ¾. HA. 190lbs. I reached 197 a week and a half ago, but then I reduced my calorie intake from close to 5,000 daily to about 3,500 now. The thick booty shakes I was taking were constipating me too much and I was packing on fat way too fast. I have not done cardio.

    I took clen for 6 days but stopped because of anxiety. I took it to help combat fat gain.

    Ok, now that I’ve given some background info, now time for my question.

    I have no sex drive. I had an increase in horniness the first two weeks of cycle, but not much of an increase. I think I “felt” the need to be horny, like placebo effect. Week three I was back to normal. There after, I haven’t had sex once. I don’t get erect for no reason. I have had no desire to have sex. I wouldn’t think this abnormal if I haven’t been given the opportunity, but I have been dating a girl who spends the night nearly every night. We had sex week three of my cycle, and not once since. If I concentrate on getting hard I can do it, but it will easily fall flat if I stop concentrating. Getting erect too much is NEVER a problem. It was more of a problem before cycle.

    I was first dismayed with my gains, which seemed to be significantly fat weight. I started the summer at 165lbs 10% body fat, and am now at 190lbs 17% body fat. I started my cycle at 175lbs about 11% or so body fat.

    I don’t know what has happened to my sex drive. I’m 20 for those that don’t know. I’ve already been through the flaming of having started too early. I decided to do it anyway. I state my age to express the deep concern that at my age my sex drive should be sky high.

    I don’t know what’s wrong, and I want to fix it.

    interesting? Since the Test shouldn't of kicked in till the 4th week or so, I don't think you were really "horny" the first two weeks? It takes me about 4 or 5 weeks to get horny, and when I do, EVERYTHING within site knows it. I get so horny, my heart beats so fast and I can't keep my dick down. It's an amazing feeling.

    Are you sure your stuff was legit?

    Oh yeah, though it has nothing to do with your sex drive, I don't think you got the most out of your EQ running it for only 9 weeks. Did you ever get major hunger pains from the EQ?

    You said you gained 8% BF in total. 8% of your original weight of 175 is 14lbs. You know weight 190 so you gained 14lbs of fat and 1lb of muscle. I don't know what to tell you but that sucks.

    Bro I am @ the end of a 500mg/wk 10wk test e cycle and around the 4-5 wk I felt the increase in sex drive but around wk6-7 it hasnt been the same. I am 28yrs old and have put on considerable muscle and FAT during this cycle. Bro it is a bulk cycle for a reason. Yes that is alot of fat and it sucks trust me I dont need anymore than I have. Have a sucessful PCT it's gonna suck especially in the gym, after PCT and you still have this prob see a doc. I am sure everything will work out. Watch your diet closely, get plenty of h20 and rest. Keep up informed.

    I definitely have put on muscle, more than 1lb. You can see it in my traps, neck and upper back. I look thicker, and my arms up in size. The body fat can be skewed because of water weight. If I am holding water, but I don’t know how to tell the difference between fat and water weight.

    I do not know if my stuff is legit for sure, there’s no way to REALLY know. My source swears it’s legit. I’ve posted pics in the pic section.

    BLT, like I said the first two weeks I knew the horniness was placebo.

    I take back saying my sex drive is lower than before cycle because I have no way of judging that. I do feel like I don’t have any sex drive though, and that doesn’t seem right at all.

    Nuts might be a tad smaller, but they’re full size. I don’t think they’ve decreased at all though. I’m guessing they’re about 1 ½ by 1inch each. Left one’s bigger, but that’s irrelevant.

    I'm sorry to hear about your problems. Unfortunately, it seems like it's not at all unusual. The more I learn about it the more I realize this whole thing is kind of a crap shoot.

    What kind of test did you have? I suspect that your test was either way underdosed or totally bogus.

    My own experience with QV enanthate (#007) was somewhat similar. I was doing only 300mg/wk the first few weeks and after feeling great the first week or so my sex drive evaporated completely. It improved a bit when I went up to 500mg/wk and I was having above normal erections at 800mg/wk, though nothing phenomenal. (Then, since I was using so much more than I planned I soon after ran out.) I've learned since that batch has tested either way underdosed or completely bogus. (I've since gotten some ICNs which I now find may also be either underdosed or bogus -and came from the factory that way.)

    So anyway, I kind of know how you feel. I've heard from one experienced bro who says that EQ itself can take a long time to recuperate from sexdrive wise -at least it does in his case, and it seemed to have been the case for me too. It's been almost four months since my PCT and I'm only just starting to feel back to normal myself. Consequently I'm in no hurry to go through that again.

    It looks to me that guys who normally have low test levels really respond to exogenous test, while guys with normal or higher levels can be relatively unaffected, or even adversely so -so as a 20 year old, whose levels should be at their peak, you're more susceptible to this sort of result. (Just another reason guys your age shouldn't use gear, IMHO.)

    Theoretically you should improve a lot from PCT -Clomid should get your test levels back up again. If they don't I don't know what you can do other than give yourself some time and hope for the best. If things still don't pick up, some recommend a course of HCG & Nolva followed by Clomid again -there should be some posts up about it elsewhere.

    I think you have not enough testosterone for the amount of EQ. Early on I had debated using EQ or Deca and I was told by supplier that both till deca your dick and regardless of which I go with, the testosterone has to be double the EQ or Deca to avoid the deca dick. I went with 250 mg deca and 475 mg teststerone and had no deca dick problems. I think your EQ is high in relation to the amount of testosterone. In hind sight should have been more testosterone or less EQ or combination of both to get you closer to that 50% to 100 ratio. I understand the 50% to 1oo applies to everything you do thats stacked with a testesterone and a non-testosterone.

    There wasnt too long ago too that I read where a university did a controlled study on volunteers, some were given 200 mg testosterone a week, some 400 and some 600 mg a week. They did find a certain percentage of men had libido lower effects at ALL levels of testosterone including the 600 mg per week. Its also possible you are one of the unfortunate men that have a backfiring effect from testosterone and it actually lowers your libido.

    The same thing happens to me when I do not eat enough balanced meals.

    Here are some things to consider:

    1. You said that you cut your calories from 5000 down to 3500. Are you estimating or have you taken time to really follow your diet as meticulously as you researched your gear, cycles and source? Are you writing down what you're eating and adding up every calorie for each day's meals? If not, then I think you'll be terribly surprised at what you find if you start logging your meals and take the NECESSARY time to calculate what you're really eating.

    2. How much of your protein and calories are coming from shakes versus beef, chicken and complex carbs? Do not depend on shakes for a majority of your protein and bulking calories.

    Use shakes only to add a little edge to your diet. The base of your calories and protein should come from REAL food--not supplements. If each day you're drinking 4 shakes and each night you're heading to bed thinking you've gotten your 200 grams of protein, think again.

    3. Yes, gear sometimes can be under-dosed or fake. Once your find a reliable source, fake and underdosed gear is the exception rather than the rule. If you have a reliable source who is not known for pushing fakes or for selectively scamming, then you need to buckle down and take care of your diet before you blame ANYTHING else.

    If you're not gaining lean body mass or experiencing the libido increases you're looking for, these are the things you need to check in order of importance:

    1. Nutrition
    2. Rest
    3. Training intensity, exercise form and program*
    4. Gear

    *--NOTE: I placed this third only because most people are actually overzealous when it comes to training while on gear. Intensity is often the first piece of the puzzle correctly to be put into place.

    Time and time again I hear or read that a person isn't growing or experiencing increases in libido and they blame the gear first, training intensity/form/program second, and hardly ever consider rest as a factor. But it seems EVERYONE has their nutrition down perfectly--yeah right.

    Doc, don't take any of this post as a flame to you. The reason for my tone here is that I have heard too many people "confidently" announce that they have organized their nutrition perfectly and that they strictly follow their diet. Yet, by the time I get to the second or third question about thier nutrition, it is already PAINFULLY obvious that they have neither organized nor followed thier diet correctly.

    If you're not growing or getting the libido increases that you expect, go back to the drawing board (if you've been there in the first place) and work on your nutrition with the same vigor you used to research your gear, cycles and sources.

    Keep growing.

    One more thing to emphasize:

    If you read many of the steroid descriptions and do research on line, you'll find that steroids do not work their magic without proper nutrition. This includes libido.

    So you can pump yourself full of steroids, but if you're not properly feeding yourself, your body won't respond with those constant, can-punch-holes-in-a-wall, steel erections which just about every male on gear is pursuing.

    NOTE: There are more things to consider such as whether you have adverse reactions (libido-/erection-wise) to EQ, Deca and/or other steroids. But I think you see my main point from what I've written in the two posts above.

    I am in essence putting some blame on the gear.

    Bask8kase, you are right though. I should be more meticulous in documenting my diet. My rest is more than adequate. My protein intake is roughly 45% from shakes, and the remaining 55% from solid foods. I was getting 175g (roughly plus or minus a few grams) of protein per shakes daily. Until I cut down my shakes.

    What else. Intensity in the gym is right up there. Of course I am learning new techniques and forms every day. I always train as if I have anger or surges of test running through me. It just gives me edge, because if I don’t then I feel like a pansy, and if I feel like a pansy I feel like I don’t get a good lift, and if I don’t get a good lift it’s all not worth it. So Go big or Go home.

    I agree, however, that the one thing I haven’t made a science is my diet. DaBull has pointed this out, and the one thing I am missing is documentation.

    Ok, so now. I could be thinking about it and psyching myself out, but that’s not the case. Why? The reason is the issue itself. I just don’t have a drive. So if I did I would think about it, and THEN I could psych myself out. However, I don’t think about it. Sex is the last thing on my mind. Only recently has it become something I’m concerned about.

    Well, I have been pissed about the whole decreased sex drive, and my gains. I have been thinking that another cycle will cure that. I am realizing how dumb that is.

    1. Steroids are not the answer.
    2. There are still things I need to get in order (diet)
    3. I’m too young, and lets face it, I’m in college. There’s Pu ssy and drinking to do.
    4. All this training and focus on lifting is making me a dull college kid
    5. All work and no play make this kid a dull one.

    I’m glad I had the chance to do all of this.

    I do want my GD sex drive back. There are soooo many girls to bang, in so many ways. Not being able to do it is not worth having a good body.

    I’m going to wind up having to get a check up once I get done with PCT. Hopefully, with all of AR’s fingers crossed, I’ll be back to full “swing” and my penis will be operating at ludicrous speed. Thanks guys.

    Just out of curiousity... there isnt wany anxiety is there? You wont chase a girl off just because you dont perform like a porn star. I remember getting in a phase in my early 20's where I thought I had to be perfect in bed like a porn star but the worry about my performance become a distraction and made me either unable to get hard, stay hard or climax... Once you get a few completely successful funkings out of the way, your confidence will return and have less troubles in bed.

    Also you arent drinking alcohol before attempting sex are u? For me alcohol will deca dick me just 1 drink... Also any marijuana or other drugs? Marijuana helps some get hard and have great sex but still others cant get hard or cum while high.

    Doc, first my compliments on your decision to enjoy college and not worry about the juice now. I didnt run my first cycle until 36. There is no way I could have been disciplined enough to do it right while in college. Enjoy college as it is the last vacation you will ever have before the real work starts.

    Lastly, DO NOT SWEAT the low libido. It is completely normal. It will come back while on pct or shortly after. The body is an incredible machine that has a remarkable ability to correct itself after our attempts to **** with it. Give it time and don't sweat it. Come January, you will start to feel much better.

    Sorry to hear that Doc, i get problems like that from time to time as well. A lot of it could just be in your mind and have abosultely nothing to do with the AAS, the mind is a powerful tool and it can psych out your "tool" very easily. I would suggest taking some Ginko Biloba and some Tribulus everyday for a few weeks and see if you have some improvements with the erections.

    On a side note, if your still waking up with morning wood and get it up while masturbating then nothing is physically wrong with your penis.

    Thanx guys i know i wasn't involved on this page but its helped me alot. I had the same problem and didn't want to say anything. Just to add something i was crazy horny then i got really sick. after thats its been a struggle to get it up. I had to force my self to jerk off ( I was afraid it would fall off) You guys rock.


    Ps- I did have strength gains but never got horny. My friend was on the exact same cycle as me and was going crazy horny dont know if you can answer that.
