    Question good cycle

    I Just Got Done Talking To Friend And He Recomended The First Cycle He Did For Me Also.
    It Is
    Deca 400 Mg Wk For 7 Wks
    Primo 100 Mg Wk For 8 Wks
    Can Anyone Comment, Good Bad
    I Want To Bulk Up For Try Outs On Semi Pro Fball

    No its not a good cycle...deca needs to be run longer...wheres the test??what about anti-e's??also 100mg/wk of primo will do nothing..dont listen to your friend..
    get some test and run it like this:
    test 500mg/wk wks1-10
    nolva 10mg ed
    clomid/nolva PCT
    also i suggest you should do some more research before starting any cycle...

    i agree with bartleby 100%. he laid out a perfect first cycle... its a good bulking cycle

    do some research bro.....you will discover that test is the base of any cycle esp bulking....

    oh and what r your stats???

    5'11"
    235 lbs
    14% bf

    I do have a pretty solid build, I worked out constantly while I was in the army, but stopped when I got out.
    My goal is to gain strength, and size, not looking for huge gains but noticeable.
    My main reason is to look better feel better and beat out the younger guys for a starting linebacker spot.

    haven't seriously worked out in about 2 years
