rethought my first cycle any advice?

hi all took some of ur advice and decided to go with the following cycle

equipoise:200mg/week for 14 weeks
test enantate:250mg/week for 10 weeks
nolvadex 2 days on 2 days off

clomid and clen at end of cycle


diet during cycle:
4000 calories a day
300g of protein
200g of carbs
as little fat as possible
2 gallons of water

right now i'm 6'2'' 203lbs at 17% body fat

my goals for this cycle is to gain 20lb and at the end of cycle cut cals to 2500 a day and use clen at around week 8 to try a lose some excess body fat.

my question is, what should i expect to gain from this cycle ... anyone use eq and test enantate together ... any advice would be appreciated\
p.s. might throw in some deca as well any suggestions?

no, i know what nolva is used for. but you should run it every day not 2 on and 2 off

The eq should not run past the test. The test should be at least as long in duration. Consider arimidex at .25mgs eod or ed in place of nolvadex, however keep the nolva in hand in case of symptoms. Just an opinion.

yup, especially with the low dosages you are running.

ok so 1'll run the eq for 12 weeks and the test en for 12 weeks...my thinking was that after the test is done the eq with clen and cutting cals would help get me cut ...runing clen for 4 weeks after eq and test is out...sound good?

should i up the dosages?
