100 mg eod would be for a beginner. If you have run a few cycles I would go with 100 ed and if your experienced run 150 ed. It also depends on how your body reacts to test
I am using 100 EOD. But being that this is my first cylce that is why.

Every day administration allows you to maintain more consistent blood levels.
Every day injects are the best way IMO. For beginners, a dose of 50-75mg ed is good, translating into 350-525mg/week. Eod injects work, but ed is better if you ask me.

100mg ed is best and I will be doing on my next cycle, but for my first I used 100mg eod and got great results...
