First off this is going to be my first “real” cycle.
5+ yrs training experience
27 yrs old
210 lbs
Approx. 15-18% bf (fixing that before beginning my cycle, hope to begin cycle at 10-12%)
goals- 15-20 lbs of quality “keep-able” wt.
after cycle and pct- plan on cutting to at least 10% bf (hopefully natural, but have clen on hand)
Cycle:
1-5 40 mg d-bol
1-10 test cyp 400mg
1-10 deca 400 mg
general pct with clomid and nolva.
First cycle, I wouldn't even run DBOL or Deca, but since you have it, I'd suggest lowering the Dbol dose to 30mg and maybe lowering the Deca to 300mg.
Cycle:
1-5 30 mg d-bol
1-10 test cyp 400mg
1-10 deca 300 mg

Im Not A Big Fan Of Deca, And For A First Cycle You Want To Introduce One Or Two Compounds In To Your Body. Hope This Helps. D

actually i was considering leaving the deca out all together, with it being my first run and all..
as for the d-bol- and as much as i hate to admit it, i am one of those people who ran a d-bol only cycle (before i came to AR and before i knew better) so i really think i can handle 40mg ed.
dballs- have any reason you would suggest not to run deca? i have my reservations simply because how long it stays in your system ( possible drug test in future), but what are your reasons?
never used it before....
pstone- is there a reason you have for lowering the deca to 300?
since its your first "real" run i think you will do fine with deca at 300mg/week but if you want to make it 400mg i see absolutly no problemo
