2nd cycle help please

Need help here guys,I've only done 1 cycle in my life back in 97 only 200 mgs of Primo a week.I have some gear now and would like some advice.I'm currently 30 years old weigh 180 pounds and have been lifting on and off for 11 years.I've got 19 Deca ,14 Omnadren 250 amps and 300 d-ball tabs how many mgs of the injects should I use a week 300 deca ? and 500 mgs a week Omnas ? 6 d-bal tabs a day ? Any help appreciated

yes 300 - 400 deca
500 omnadren
6 -7 d-bol/ed

but i would research post-cycle with clomid if i were u !

.25mg Ldex + 10mg Nolva throughout the cycle

PCT- 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva for 30 days

I'm on my 2nd week when should I start the Nolavadex and Clomid ? I've been reading up on it but everybody has diffrent views

just start in the nolva at 10-20mg a day,,, you take the clomid once the cycle is over

What do you mean by on and off? how long have you been on this time and how long were you off before you started again? If you haven't cycles in 6 or 7 years you don't need to stack anything a test only cycle will be fine.
