They do so by inhibiting LH release from the anterior pituitary, as well as inhibiting Gonadatropin releasing hormone from the hypothalamus (which normally tells the anterior pituitary to release LH, if it had not been inhibited) LH is the chemical directly responsible for testosterone secretion. HCG suppresses natural testosterone as well because it takes place of the luteinizing hormone. your body will cease producing it if you take it exogenously. it will not keep your testosterone going. however taking it during a cycle will keep your boys from getting too small. i wouldn't recommend taking it throughout your cycle though, rather use it near the end or part of your PCT

No. It mimicks LH and can prevent testicular atrophy. Your HTPA still shuts down nice and dandy with or without it.

primo and var are supposed to be more gentle, but anything that fakes test fools ur body into thinking it has enuff and won't produce its own eventually.
