How well do Sustanon 250 and T400 stack together - seems like they would stack well, what are your thoughts on this idea?

That's not a stack. That's just a bunch of test.

Ack, you're right - I'll throw some deca300 on top of that. In that case, would i benefit from running Deca300 sust250 and t200 or would running deca , sust, and t400 be better? or does it really matter?

Well, it's apparent that this is your first cycle, correct?
If so, make sure to research PCT (post-cycle therapy) VERY WELL before starting, and have all your post-cycle meds on hand before starting.

A lot of guys say to run long esters in your first cycle so you don't get burned out on needle sticks all the time. But I say run short esters so you can get good results from a shorter cycle (6-8 weeks) and if you have complications you can stop quickly.

So I'd say run this:
wk 1-8
100mg Test Prop EoD
100mg Nandrolone Phenylprop EoD

That's 375 of test and 375 of fast-acting deca every week. A good first cycle, IMHO. OTHERS FEEL FREE TO CHIME IN THOUGH.

I'm 6'1'' 230 all natural and currently at a cut state, im about 11% right now. Getting ready to start my first cycle of cyp and deca 300.
