So the answer is: No. DOn't bother doing a cycle unless you can max the effects by doing a solid workout routine. If you can't exercise during your recuperation, all a cycle will do is add weight - mostly water weight - without giving you the opportunity to tone the weight. Muscular bulk is cool; plain ol' weight is not.
As frustrating as it is, let the injury heal until you are ready to use the hand. Tendon injuries (including tendonitis and tenosinovitis) are like a cold - if you don't lay off, all you will do is extend the length of the recovery, if not make the condition worse.
