    Scar Tissue

    SONOFABITCH! I'm doing shots ed fina & eod fina/test. I'm hitting delts & tris and I'm in the middle of week 3. Problem is that I'm starting to poke through scar tissue which as you know can be a little more difficult and also hurts a little more. I'm using 25 gauge 1" for tris & 5/8 for delts. Do you guys have any tips to soften the area, the first 2 weeks they went in like butter, but now it's getting fuckin annoying, I can actually hear the pin ripping through. I think I'm gonna start in the bis next.

    try the thighs even though fina makes it kinda hard to walk! gluts are great too. maybe even trying to move the spot an 1/8 or so in either direction could help.

    Never did quad shots because I've heard the horror stories, I think I'll throw glutes in there next rotation, they seem to hurt more though...

    I dont know what horror stories that you are talking about my friend did a entire cycle in his thighs all he did was start at the top of the leg and work his way down swtching R leg L leg with each shot.

    worked for him.
