    mg to mcg conversion question anyone

    all forums i have been to lay there clen cycles out in mcg format

    0.04mg clen converts to how many mcg's

    i have been searching hi and low i need a couple more opinions
    i am told 0.04mg is 40mcgs but was also told by the company sending them i was receiving 20mcg tablets

    1mg=1000mcg
    .04mg=40mcg
    .02mg=20mcg

    depends on who makes the clen , some people make 20mcg clen, some people make 40mcg clen. ip makes 200mcg clen.

    dizzle is correct, 0.04mcg is 40micrograms or mcg
