What is the difference in this test vs others?

I went to the pharmacy today and picked up my first vial of depo test(Pharmacia) today. What is the difference in this test vs the others I read about in here? Mexican, overseas, underground, etc etc.
I am taking my first shot tonight. Best part is I got 3 refills and insurance covers 80% of the cost.

Nothing really, just the brand. Test is test, worldwide :)

Test is test..... The esters make a differece in the half life, and depending on the brand there is different blends or different potency's.... But that is all.
