i have been doin some research on this cycle and have not had much luck in getting a good answer.
i was wanting to do sustanon 250/week and eq 500/week.
and clomid post.
is this an ok cycle for a first?
i am looking to get a little more size but not too much.
also, i have plenty of nolv. proviron........should i take????
i am 5'11" 195lbs with 10%bf been workin out for bout 2 years.

those were my exact stats at one time. if i could do my first cycle and i had those products you mentioned i'd say go with:
500mg sus per wk
500mg eq per wk
you will blow up off of that.my best cycle (in terms of gains) was:
sus250 every five days
400mg deca
for 10 weeks
i gained 15 and kept 12 lbs off that cycle. and it was my second one. my first was a test only cycle which i thought was a waste of time.
alot of guys will say use less, or only test, but i say make your first cycle completely worth it
oh, and i'd run the nolva throughout at a reasonable dose, and the proviron through the latter half of the cycle.
i forgot to mention i have 10,000 ui of hcg...will i need it at the end of this cycle?
yeah, do some research. some different opinions on that. but, hcg is always helpfull, if not mandatory in my opinion.

I wouldn't run Sust for a 1st cycle Bro.
Don't get me wrong, unlike most guys, I like Sust, however, due to the Propionate in Sust's 4 way Blend, you would have to run it Minimum of ETD, even then you are well past it's half life (which is approx 27hrs) so you would be @ well over a gram per week in order to take advantage of the Prop.
Also, run your test 2 weeks past the EQ, this will aid in recovery.
I would go with Enanthate or Cypionate for my first cycle.
Maybe:
1-12 Test E
1-10 EQ
(don't run EQ less than 10 weeks, 12 preferably)
As far as the HCG, get some Bacteriostatic Water from GPZ to dilute it, you don't want to do 10,000 IU in only a couple shots.
For maintenance, I've been running it at 500 IU ED for 2 weeks, every 6 weeks.
For PCT however, I would do something like 1000 IU ED for 2 weeks or so, then hit the Clomid, and up your Nolva to 20-30mg for PCT. ;)
