Diuretic

I know this isn't specificxally a steroid question, but here goes anyway:

When you really want to cut, I was wondering what you use as a diuretic. There is a lot of precription stuff around and a lot of over the counter stuff, and I just got to wondering.

Are you doing a show, or just shedding a little extra fat? I wouldn't suggest a diuretic for just cutting.

Ditto, too stressfull on the body.

Put lemon in your water, its a natural diuretic

Without a doubt the most dangerous drugs in BB are diuretics. Absolutely no reason to put yourself through this unless you are competing and only then after great research and some off season experimentation.

I keep my water down by drinkin a lot of water. Acts as a natural diuretic. If not for purposes of a show then id suggest some ECAs as well work for me when i feel bloated.

diuretics don't really cut you up...they flush the water out of your system, and give you a dryer look, thinner skin look...you can achieve similar goals by watching your sodium intake as well...keeping it low atleast 3 days before a show. But for recreation purposes I wouldn't touch them just keep dieting.
