    Question d-bol, Test & EQ

    First cycle, 29 yrs old, 165 lbs, 16% bf, training for three years. Have had a clen diet for a year now. What do you think about the dosage? Not enough EQ?

    D-bol 30mg/ed 1-4
    Test E 500mg/wk 1-11
    Eq 200mg/wk 1-10

    Nolva 10mg/ed

    Nolva & Clomid PCT

    At 165 you could actually take the test down to 400 and have good results. If you have been training for 3 years and you are only 165 you may want to bump the carbs and protien.

    i'm consuming about 300g of protien not sure about carbs

    Thats good, you could be a hard gainer but since its your first hit the test at 400mgs. Eq at 300mgs - you just don't want the eq to be more than the test. Min. 400 carbs a day. Its not hard just make all 4 whole food meals 100 carbs each and 2 weight gainers a day and you'll be good.

    should i take wieght gainer in addition to regular protien shakes?

    I do, whats your diet like now? I do 4 whole food meals where I get 50-60g protein and 100g carbs and I add 2 Heavyweight Gainers by Champion Nut. (at 10 and 3 while I'm at work) and a myoplex for right after my wo. I down that before I leave the gym.

    meal 1 7am
    9 egg whites, 1 whole egg
    1/2 c Oatmeal

    work out 8am

    meal 2 10 am
    protien shake 50 mg
    banana
    glutimine and creatine

    meal 3 12
    1 can tuna
    wheat bread
    salad

    meal 4 3pm
    2 chicken breasts
    asparagus
    wheat bread

    meal 5 6pm
    protien shake 50mg
    turkey on wheat

    meal 6 9pm
    2 chicken breasts
    green beens

    More carbs. Way more. Do you think oatmeal, a banana, and bread will do it? You got counting grams of protein down. In order to bulk properly, you HAVE to know grams of carbs also.

    bagels, grapenuts, pasta, rice and potatoes are all good forms of carbs.
