I don't have a big problem with water retention, and I've never had a problem (up to this point) with gyno, but I'm getting ready to start a simple cycle of dbol, primo depot, and nolvadex. I'm taking the nolvadex mainly as a precautionary measure and because I want to keep somewhat of a hard look, even while I put on quick weight.
The nolvadex tabs are 20mg, but the few posts I've read seem to illustrate that 10mg is a more proper dose for someone like myself. Is it at all common to break the tabs up and take half a one a day (assumming you can break them evenly?) Or what about taking the nolvadex EOD? From reading about nolvadex, it seems to have a half-life of 5-6 days, but I've never read about anyone taking it EOD.
Any guidance?
