Deca/D-Bol First cycle

Hey everyone! I'm cosidering taking Deca /D-bol for my first cycle. I'm 23, 190lbs, 5"11 and have been working out for a little over a year. Here's my plan:

200-400mg Deca/week
15mg dbol /day
6 week cycle

I open to suggestions and would greatly appreciate your opinions and advice.

Like DaddyDbol said, definitely need PCT.

Depending on how much you're willing to spend and/or how simple you want to keep the cycle are the main considerations. However, from all the threads I've looked at, the most popular cycle is something like this:

30-40mg/ed Dbol wk1-4
400 mg/deca wk1-12
500 mg/Test En wk1-12
10mg/ed Nolva wk1-12

PCT starts 3 weeks after last TEST injection and should consist of using Clomid and Nolva. I'm not all that familiar with the PCT yet, so maybe someone with some further experience could shed some additional light.

Also, IMO - a 6 week cycle isn't really going to do too much for you

As far as PCT I was considering Clomid 25mg/day for three weeks (two weeks after my last test injection).

Ok so this is what I'm looking at:

30-40mg Dbol /ED wk 1-4
400 mg Deca /week wk1-12
500 mg Test/week wk1-12
10mg Nolva/ED wk1-12

Then 3 weeks after last Test injection start PCT 25mg Clomid/ED for 3 weeks.

Drop the deca and go with a test cycle for your first

35mg Dbol /ED wk 1-4
500 mg Test/week wk1-12
10mg Nolva/ED wk1-14

Start PCT 2 weeks after last injection of test

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 21 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 22 - 28 20mg Nolva

I really appreciate all your help. I think this is a good first cycle. If you have anymore suggestions about diet or exercises I'm more than happy to hear them.

Also I was curious to know what's a good test to use? There are a couple different ones.

When I start my cycle I'll be sure to keep an up-to-date thread on my progress.
