    Fat buildup after cycle

I have noticed that post cycle my body has been storing a lot more fat than normal. Granted i havent been eating right and havent been training as hard either. So here it goes... If i plan on eating 5,000cals a day during cycle what should i do when i get off in order to keep my gains and not put on fat. Calorie wise not AS wise. SHould i up the protein and cut the cals?

How much protein do u take in. I would cut the calories enough where you can maintain your weight, if your that concerned with bodyfat, and getting back to strict diet ,and training, and throw in some light cardio, with some clen

this is common. u see thats why people should think of how to come off before going on. with that said.

bump ur protein to 1.5 g/ lb of body weight
keep carbs at 2 g/lb to keep glycogen stores up
    15 g of glutamine/ed
    7 g creatine

and dont train as intense, still keep it heavy.

    oh and lastly... pray !

    good luck !
