hii i 've been running deca 200ml/wk and sustanon 250 ml/wk for 4 weeks i still don't notice any gains ?how should i have gained until now? and when should i stop the cycle and how much might i gain at the end ?is there any thing wrong i might be doin?

Your diet is just as if not more important. Make sure youre consuming 3gm per kg of body weight at least and getting sleep. Do you train hard as hell as well?
AS are a means to an end, not the end itself. You gotta put in the hard yards to still get any gains from it
