1st cycle with Test.E.,Deca & D.Bol

im 35 ,188 lbs ,6'3" ,%12 BF...
i've been working out for on&off 15 years.
i didn't use any juice since now.But i think its on time...
i've Test.E.,Deca&D.Bol... With cycle Nolva/L.Dex and for PCT Nolva/Clomid...
But Decas are 25 mgs & Tests are 250 mgs...
So i'' try a cycle like this:

WEEK TEST. E. DECA D.BOL/d NOLVA/d L-DEX/d
1 250 mg. 200 mg. 30 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
2 250 mg. 200 mg. 30 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
3 500 mg. 300 mg. 35 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
4 500 mg. 300 mg. 35 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
5 500 mg. 400 mg. 40 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
6 500 mg. 400 mg. 40 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
7 250 mg. 200 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
8 250 mg. 200 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
9 500 mg. 300 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
10 500 mg. 400 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
11 250 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.
12 250 mg. 10 mg. 25 mg.

PCT ( 2 weeks after last inj. of Test ) :
D.1 : 300 mg.Clomid & 20 mg. Nolva
D.2-21 : 100 mg.Clomid & 20 mg. Nolva
D.22-28 : 50 mg.Clomid & 20 mg. Nolva

What do u think about? Any opinion & advise & comment? Pls...

i dunno about the that cycle man...dbol is being run too long and i think its better to keep doses level...
week 1-5 30-35 mgs dbol,
week 1-12 500 mgs test e,
week 1-10 300-400 mgs deca
nolva and l-dex whole way through and pct looks fine..

sorry....dbol for six is fine....the way you set it out confused me....
i see that it ended at week 6

Don't taper your dosages....... it will make unstable blodd levels and it will make sides worse for you.

1 - 4 D-Bol 35mg ED
1 - 12 Enan 500mg
1 - 11 Deca 400mg
1 - 14 L-dex .25 ED
1 - 14 Nolva 10mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva

It's the same thing .25 of a ml/cc

That is a sh!t 1st cycle..........too much crap going on. And once again, shame on everyone promoting his concept. How the h ell will he know what is causing undesired effects with all of that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A 1st cycle should only consist of a low dose (200-400mg/wk) single ester test for 10-12 weeks/anti-e's/clomid for pct.

i would recommend a test only 1st cycle to the younger crowd and even more so to us over 30. If you do 500mg test enanthate or test cyp for 12 weeks I think you will be happy. dent depot is right about building an understanding of how your body reacts to individual drugs and adding others later so you can tell how they impact you. The ldex and nolva are right on. Get a 50 ml jug of test enanthate, your novla, liquidex, clomid and needles and you should have a very effective, safer, and cheap first cycle.

I strongly agree with Dent and scott. You are running way to much stuff. Your first cycle should consist of TEST only and test only. Like they said... what happens if you run into major sides? How in the world are you going to know which AS gave them to you?

Week 1-12 400-500mg Test Cyp or Enan
Nolva on hand
Clomid PCT.

I also wouldn't run DBOL for 6 weeks. 4 weeks is PLENTY!!!
