1st, 2nd and 3rd Cycle critique

Ladies & Gents-

I Need some advice for my 1st 3 cycles... Cycles 1 & 2 I am happy with (please advise otherwise if cycles 1 & 2 do not look good) but the 3rd I am not sure of. What would you guys suggest I front load my 3rd cycle with that is injectable? What should I run winny @ for my 3rd cycle? Also, for PCT I was going to run all nolva but I have clomid and liquidex on hand. Also should I get HCG for the 3rd (longer and higher test) cycle? I have heard so many different ways to run PCT. I could really use some help with PCT on these cycles. Thanks to all for your help and suggestions!

Age: early 30's
Height: 5'9
weight: 185
BF: 15% (I wont start until 10%)
Training 2 years seriously w/Trainer(except for 2 months - back injury)
Gained about 45 pounds in 3 years.

1st Cycle
1-4 Dbol 30mg ed
1-10 Test E 400 ew (sun + wed injects)
1-12 Nolva 10mg ed
PCT
13 Nolva 40mg ed
14 Nolva 30mg ed
15 Nolva 20mg ed

2nd Cycle
1-4 Dbol 40mg ed
1-10 Test E 500 ew (sun + wed injects)
1-10 Deca 300mg ew(sun injects)
1-12 Nolva 10mg ed
PCT
13 Nolva 40mg ed
14 Nolva 30mg ed
15 Nolva 20mg ed

3rd Cycle
1-4 ??What injectable should I front load with??
1-12 Test E 600 ew (mon + fri injects)
1-12 Eq 400mg ew (wed injects)
7-12 Winny ??What is a good dose & frequency??
1-14 Nolva 10mg ed
PCT
15 Nolva 40mg ed
16 Nolva 30mg ed
17 Nolva 20mg ed

Well, I can tell you now, that the 2nd and 3rd cycle will change about a dozen times during your first one. Concentrate on the 1st, worry about the others once you reach the goals of the first.

Your first looks good, but I would change the Enan dosing to 250mg E4D
and run clomid + Nolva at 100mg/20mg for 30 days for PCT

You could double your test dose the first 2wks for a frontload, but it's not really needed since your jumpstarting with an oral

bro i think these basic layouts look good except your PCT you need some Clomid with the Nolvadex 21 days after your last shot you need to start clomid at 300mg day 1, 100mg days 2-11, 50mg 12-21

I am not familiar with front loading don't have to much experience doing it but i am sure a vet or mod will critique that for you, as far as the winny run 50mg EOD weeks 7-12,

I agree with Pheedno.......... Concentrate on your first cycle and make sure it's successful....... then worry about your next one.

As the others stated run clomid/nolva for PCT....... the doses and time your running nolva will most likely leave you not recovered and you will lose your gains.

Ditto! You will change it so many times based on your first cycle.

Thanks gents. Yep got all the gear already. Wanted to keep it simple and it was more of a question that the gear was all there at that point in time and I wasn't sure it was going to be later. I can add/delete as necessary just wanted something really basic to start.
