Do You Drink Alcohol While Juicing?

Just wondering if I should cut out all the drinking completely when I start my cycle or is a beer good here and there.

It's a very good idea bro, especially if your using orals. If you do drink, make sure it's in moderation. You need to drink about a galon of water every day, etc., Do a search on milk thistle, and cranberry extract also to protect your liver and kidneys. Another thing to consider is the fact that alcohol is not very conducive to building muscle and burning body fat, so the less the better.

Alcohol is bad for you period...especially while on AS.

Hey bro i have been there and know what u will be going through...
this is what i did. Just act normal at the partys......grab a beer casually walk to the bathroom and pour it out. Then fill it up w/ water then have a good time just, repeat the "cycle". It works bro you wolnt have a prob w/ this!!!!

i try not go out when im on,but when i do go out i stay away from the alc.its common sence i eat a pill and im fine the rest of the night.but thats if u must if u can go out and and drink soda and just chill then more power to ya.

I agree 100% with the boys who say...don't drink when on AAS...choose your poison (AAS or booze) and stay with it. That being said, I've been somewhat of a hypocrite. I drank once when on my first cycle and two times (over the holidays) on my present cycle. This DOES NOT excuse it, but I made sure, both times, that I was finished my 17AA for a week or so before drinking to ease the stress on the liver....an easier solution is...don't drink.

I'm not a big drinker to begin with, but I will have an occasional beer or 3, then I get very guilty and end up ordering pizza and drinking like a gallon of water. You shouldn't drink on a cycle, but if you do, make sure you get plenty of food & water. Bottom line for me anyway is when I drink on a cycle 3 beers will usually cost me $30 in food to get over the guilt a ton of water and then being paranoid about losing the gains that I worked so hard at that morning. Don't do it....
