Antibiotics on hand?

We all talk about nolva on hand but how many of you keep antibiotics on hand in case you get an infection from an injection?

If you get an infection do you go to your doc? How do you explain that? How about a local clinic and you just tell whoever is there what you did and don't care as long as they give you meds to fix your infection?

Wondering how everyone handles it or prepares for it?

I picked up 30 - 500 mg cipro from an online pharmacy that is legal to buy from and feel better that they are there just in case.
