what way is best for him to take it, and when should the nol and clomid come in?
He is 5'4" 160 lbs, this is his sixth cycle and has about 10% body fat. diet is good,

also, i see a lot of anti e stuff on here... if you don't go over 750 mgs of test a week, do you really need it?
i know at least 15 people that never use anti e's...
everyones different, some might need anti-e's with something as low as 400mg test.
as far as the gear if this is your bros 6th cycle then he should know what to do i would think. those are begginer doses, i would hold out till i had more gear, but he could do 10 weeks, of 300mg deca/week and 400mg test/week and use the clomid and nolva durring pct.

Run cyp 400mg for 10 weeks and deca for 9 at 300 mg. Start pct in wk 12. He'll have 1 cc deca left over.
