Hey I was just looking at RK and saw that they sell r-ala. Now, I read what it does and it sounds pretty good. Has anybody tried this stuff. If so, how good was it and was it worth it? Good for cutting? I'm curious. Thanks

I've been using some for the past month. Seems to have helped when I was on ckd as I could up my carbs and not get kicked out of ketosis.
I'm still using them on prop/tren now and although I haven't used it anywhere near long enough i'll give R-ALA a thumbs up for now.

R-ala is one of the only supplements on the market that trully backs up its claims. It was originally intended for diabetic patients to help build up insulin resistance and for obvious purposes has become quite popular in the bodybuilding community. I have been using it on and off for almost a year now and I can definately notice a difference with it. Try it bro. It works good.

just make sure who you are buying it from is reputable, and take a biotin supp along with it.

RK legit? Would it be good to run along side t3/clen /eca/winny/anavar /tren /eq/prop ? I do cycle 2 weeks on 2 off but this is my current cycle. I start tren in like a week and in a couple I will start var and winny but. I'm interested in it. If RK isn't good, one of you shoot me a pm in the right direction.

I like it. It seems to keep me leaner even when I'm bulking. Also I seem to be getting nice pumps on it too.
