ok, i got a rating of 140/110 for bp, went to the gym after working out 150/90..so i may have a bp prob. last time i did a bllod test my chol was 234...i did some niacin and will have test back soon. over all im looking for strength gains, while cutting my bodyfat, my friend said anavar would be safe and to take creatine, what do u guys think, any items to add? should i ask for bp lowering meds while working concurrently with this stuff?
