i am 21 160lbs, i was 180 but was forced to quit working out for 3 months, anyway im back at it. this is my 4th cycle and i am thinking:
40mg/day Blue Heart Dbol wks 1-6
750mg/wk Sust wks 1-8
250mg/wk Aratest wks 1-8(i have it on hand so i might as well use it)
600mg/wk Deca wks 1-8(its QV deca300)
10iu/day Humalog
my caloric intake will be pretty high
any suggestions?? add-ons or substitutes??
