i am 21 160lbs, i was 180 but was forced to quit working out for 3 months, anyway im back at it. this is my 4th cycle and i am thinking:
40mg/day Blue Heart Dbol wks 1-6
750mg/wk Sust wks 1-8
250mg/wk Aratest wks 1-8(i have it on hand so i might as well use it)
600mg/wk Deca wks 1-8(its QV deca300)
10iu/day Humalog
my caloric intake will be pretty high
any suggestions?? add-ons or substitutes??
cut the dbol to 4 weeks and extend the test to 10 weeks
any other suggestions??
don't start with such a high dosage of your humalog. start with 2iu a day then work your way up.
drop the dosage on the deca and run longer and like said, run test longer. Cycles should be 10 weeks at minimum. I wouldn't run the aratest. sell it for something else. Good to see another greek, although not my fraternity, on the board. Don't bother asking me for mine though. ;)
i did plan on starting the humalog at 2iu and work up to 10iu. i do like the idea of extending the cycle to 10wks so i guess i will do that..the only reason for the high dosage of deca is because it is deca 300. I am running the aratest because i had it on hand and couldnt get rid of it so i figure what the hell i might as well take it, besides i have a friend that took aratest with sustanon and he said he could deffinately see a difference.
