I'd cut out all the toast. Save the carbs for the two post workout meals. Can't really say much more with out stats.
As far as the gear I'm not sure of your history so I really couldn't say anything. If this would be a first cycle save it till your done cutting and use it for a bulker.

even for a cutting cycle, those calories just look way too low.

serouisly the calories is too little for cutting cycle? I was thinking about even lower carbs by taking out the morning toast!

    Balance your diet.
I'm a BIG believer in balanced diet for best nutrition. A vitamin pill just dosn't have everything a Romaine salad, or Broccoli, or a Grepefruit (all catabolic) dose.
It's the amount of calories vs. calories burned along with elevating your heart rate to the appropriate level. That's not to say a bud light = a potato because they have the same calories, we need a little common sense here, but for MOST people balance gives better results as far as over all health. Perhaps subsitute some protein for carbs but keep the produce, if you follow a diabetic type diet, train hard AND have the proper juice to help I can't imagine you would have trouble reaching your goal. I'm by no means a pro body builder, nutrition is part of my job. Being the biggest, baddest dude in the gym isn't as impotaant as living past 50.
    just my $.02

I'm revising my reply a little bit, I hadn't read through all posts last time. If you're joining the reserves and have to go to boot camp why would you care about 6% body fat? You'll be on a set diet (what ever they feed you) soon enough . If you want 6% body fat my guess is you're around 10% now. (just a guess) 10% IS NOT FAT! If you're going to boot camp keep working out, but exercise you're brain as well and do what is overall the most healthy in general.
I went through Marine Corps boot camp and it dosn't matter a hill of beans what your body fat is, or the size of your bicep or how pretty you are. What matters is "can you hang"? You have to be physically as well as mentally fit. Also you want to keep in mind they are going to pump you full of every vaccine you've ever heard of and then some, a little body fat might make that a little easier.

youll probably starve to death on that diet -slowly but surely -cut out the bread add more rice for a start and at least another shake or yoghurt -then step up the cardio -that diet youve got is for a jockey or featherweight boxer who need to shed for one certain day.
