what up guys? ok last friday i took 1 shot of deca 300. 1ml. i worked out a lot over the week, but i kinda decided that i am not ready to do this yet. so i am not going to do it anymore. i went out and got trashed on NYE. so here is my question, is it ok for me to drink this weekend, or should i chill out? how long will it take for everything to get out of my system, so i can get back to my partying?
You will be fine.
That shot you took will take roughly 4-6 weeks to get out of your system. Personally I wouldn't drink with any sort of exogenous hormone in my body, but the amount you took is miniscule so the call is yours.
