femara with nolva? reducing levels.

i know nolva reduces the effects of femara in the blood by up to 38% but i am prone to gyno (teenager) so i'd rather take nolva at say 15mg/day(liquid comes in 30mg/ml) through out cycle and PCT.

this will be my first cycle (or 2nd if you include fake gear :( ).

am i safe to run femara at 1.25mg EOD and nolva 15mg/ED, maybe pheendo can shed some light on this. i have slightly puffy nips from puberty and i guess i would start drinking the nolva from paranoia anyway.

is this good to go or will take too much away from the fem. which should be enough on its own.

The fem will be reduced by a percentage when using both in conjunction. Hard to say to what degree as a normal dosage of femara(in clinical use) is 2.5mg ED and Nolva is 20mgED. You've cut the femara to a 1/4 of the norm and reduced the Nolva by 25%.
That is one of the two reasons why i use L-dex over femara.

I would suggest you use .5mg L-dex + 10mg of Nolva

If you use Femara. 1.25mgED + 10mg of Nolva.

1.25mg EOD is not a suffecuient dose. Even though its a pretty powerfull AI, that is a 1/4 of the norm. If your gyno prone, it's way too low

I have personally used 2.5mg femara EOD with good results.

i always thought 2.5mg EOD was the normal dose?

i will go for 2.5mg EOD, anyone ever had to use more than that?

I'd go with femara during the cycle, start nolva when you stop the cycle, if you use clomid for pct keep 20mg of nolva with it. Femara works great againest gyno. I think 2.5 mg is over kill, start at 1.25 eod, the half live is 2-4 days.

Nolva blocks estrogen, femara stops the convertion of estrogen, if your stopping the convertion what's left to block.

yeah thanks johnny, yeah i know that about both of them, but like you said i always thought/read/been told that 2.5mg EOD is overkill and the half life is like 48-50 hours or something like that.

1.25mg EOD enough for gyno prone?
