A call for advise

I am looking 4 advise on how I should apply my gear for this next cycle. A little background on myself. 41 years old, 5'8", 190lbs, 34 inch waist, now 17 inch arms (tough pill to swallow when they were 21 when I was 25 years old)BF 14, (I just dropped 40 lbs from my last cycle and did it on the south beach diet). It was mostly fat loss. Been using gear without knowledge since 1985. I remember when "A" bombs were $35 for 100 tabs. Anyway, here are my intentions. To get back to 240lbs but solid this time. I know it might not happen with the following cyle but I figure I got atleast 40 more cycles to go until I hit 70 years old.

Here is what I have planned.
750 sus per week for 11 weeks (I could do 1000 EW for 8 weeks with what I have?)
Fina 75mg ED for 8 weeks (mudmans sugestion)
10 iu Humilin R ED for 4 weeks
*Note. I have EQ 50ML, fort dodge that I could throw in there? Should I?
I also have nolvadex. How much and when?

As far as food should I continue on the South beach diet but throw in protien out the azz?

The other Q's I have is when to start each gear? All at the same time or stagger. I read where someone mentioned making the Sus last after the Fina or Visa versa? All recomondations are welcome and what kind of results might I expect?

Start the fina and sus in the same week...... This will give you 3 weeks of running test without the fina and then another three weeks before needing to start PCT..... This will make your recovery at lot easier.

If you use the EQ you need to extend the cycle at least one more week.......... It takes about that long to see the results from the EQ

Nolva run 20mg ED durring the cycle and PCT............ I would also run L-dex .25 ED but only durring your cycle not with PCT.

Diet........... Diet is key and is the only way you will grow. I don't know what the South Beach Diet is but eat clean and big and you will grow.

Thanks for the directions MudMan. Is the use of slin OK? And I hate to ask the question but I did try to find it in abreviations, "What is PCT?"

Mudman is precisly correct. I havent tried l-dex before at .25. I was going a little less. Nevertheless what he stated is ideal to follow. And as for the diet, just forget the bs crap diets out and stick to the old fashion ratios of a good balance of carbs, protein, and good fats.
