    swollen tumor like reaction

I was injecting enanthate into my thigh area and developed a large round tumor like lump in that area. Is this normal?

    Thanks.

No not normal, most likely an abcess, what kind of test is it... are you swabbing with alcohol... Most likely a bacterial infection

If it is warm to the touch than it might be a problem but to see some swelling or discomfort after your injection is normal.

--How did your injection procedure go??

--How many days after your injection has the swelling occured?

bro if it is infected within 2-5 days the immediate area will become red, itchy, very tender, could rash, it is completely normal for an injection site to knot up a little and sometimes a lot depending on how you injected, there are various factor here, if your target was off, brand of test, like abstrack said if in a few days dont go down explain it to the doc

It is warm to the touch and itchy. It developed a few days after injection and was about 5"x3" Not that painful though, just sore. No discoloration. It has been getting progressively better but lasted about 10 days. The injection procedure went fine. I'm very careful about swabbing the top of the vial and area.

Oh, I'm using QV enanthate and TOKYO equipoise , but the enanthate caused the swelling. At least I think it was the enanthate.

Not sure. I may have. This was more like the size of a softball.

I think that was it. I've been injecting more slowly without any problems.

    Thanks
