When asking for advice for a 1st cycle please in your 1st post include your age, yrs exp lifting, bf%, and all stats. It will save you from having to answer the ?'s that the members will ask you anyway. Also if your under 21 expect some guys to offer advice to not start yet. It is not a flame so don't get pissed. Yeah bull it's been said a million times but with the influx of new members on a daily basis I am sure they didnt get a chance to read the past ten similar posts. If I was bored I would be sitting in the lounge post whoring. Enough said.
