If you had some gear that said it expired in dec. 03 would you
use it or toss it. i don't want to make another trip if this can be
used without side effects or just if it isn't potent anymore.

Dec. 03, Yeah i would still use it it had not even expired for that long i bet it is still just as potent and if it has lost some potency it will not be tons.

Keep it, the exp date is a preferred manufacuter usage date. I have some allergy meds that are 6 months old and still good. By law they have to have an exp date.
If you don't want it I'll take it. lol. It is still good br. No worrie's
