First stack questions/advice?

First stack questions/advice?

alright, just a quick thanks for the welcome to those that said hi, and thanks to anyone reading this now.

As I said before I'm still considering doing my first stack and I have been considering it for a long time. After speaking with a few bros I work out with, I think I have come up with something of the first stack I would like to do. This is also based on what I have access to.

So any advice, things to note, changes, opinions, anything that anyone can offer, I would really appreciate.
I figure this will be about a 12 weeks stack (not including PCT)

tren- 12 weeks, (76mg/ 2 days which = about 225mg/week)
Sus- 12 weeks 500mg a week (250 twice weekly)
Dbol- 3-4 weeks *at the begining of the cycle* 20mg/day
Winny *for the last 6 weeks of the cycle* 50mg/day

at the end of the cycle:
clomid- 100mg/day (10days) then 50mg/day (10days)
Nolvadex- 10mg/day *for the last 2 weeks of the cycle* and 2 weeks post cycle
Clen- 100mcg a day *last 3 weeks of the cycle* and 2 weeks post cycle

ECA-(25mg/100mg/325mg) for 2 weeks at end of the Clen.

My main concerns are of course side effects from the AS, and loss of strength afterwards. I suppose my only actual questions are, should I consider tapering off the AS before starting the PCT? or should I overlap a few days of PCT with the AS? When should I begin taking the clomid (how long after the last AS?)

apart from that any advice, info, words of wisdom, fears, concers at something that I've said and such... please just say what you would like to about the stack that I'm considering. if it's **** then tell me. I would like my first experience with AS to be as good as possible.

Test alone for a first. Preferably a single ester like Cyp or Enan.

400-500mg a wk
100mg clomid + 20mg Nolva for 30 days -PCT
.25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva ED throughout cycle

is this your first cycle?? if it is that is way too much gear..why not run just the sust for 12 weeks to see how your body responds to the test, or better yet run a single ester like enan or cyp...if its your first cycle do this:

sust or test e or cyp-500mg/wk for 12 weeks
nolva 10mg ed throughout cycle
nolva/clomid pct

my stats

sorry guys, my stats 6'1, 22, weighing ~230 right now. BF.. not to sure 12-15% I'm guessing. I can still see viens across my shoulders and pecs, but I know I'm packing a fair amount of weight around my mid section.

You might wanna cut alittle more bodyfat down before your cycle and as everyone said that's just too much gear to start off with.

so the general concensus is that I need to parhaps take a bit longer working out (lose some weight though not absolutely necessary)

and that I should start with a smaller simpler stack?

something more along the lines of just test either cyp or en.

If you are truley holding 12 to 15% bf then I think you are fine to start the cycle..... You said you still see veins in your shoulders so the bf can't be out of control.

Yes your stack was way too much and the cycle Pheedno laid out is perfect for a first go.

yes, take some more time and research a bit more..a simple test only cycle will be great and you will be very impressed with the results..good job taking the advice given to you and not jumping into a cycle..

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. It's been about 18 months of consideration as to sticking myself and with the advice you've given, IF I do come to the making that choice I hope it goes a bit better then I would have done if i had just gone ahead with what i was thinking.
