    torn/pulled i dont know

    i was doing today a heavy negative set of bensh press and i heard a little cracking in the muscle that connect shoulder with the upper pecs and i had a slight pain i tryed doing dumbell press i couldnt i feel like i am very sore in this area but no pain if i dont push weights i am on a test enan cycle right now do u think it will help me to heal and how mush time u think it will take to heal?

    go see a doctor, dont ignore that will only make things worse..if the doc says take a couple weeks off it will be better than ignoring it and maybe have to get surgery down the road and be out for a much longer time...

    sounds like a tear. If it hurts then stay off the weights otherwise your just gonna make it worse. Give it a few days to see if it gets any better.

    i dont mind giving it time to heal the only prob i have is doing chest,shoulder and pullups but i can do deadlifts ,squats,biceps and triceps workout

    ok, so stick with those see how it progresses. I'm only guessing a tear, cause I was spotting my cousin when he tore his. Now he has no muscle there it's just flat.

    If you see a lot of bruising in the area of your upper arm you may have torn your pec tendon off. If this happens go see a doctor. You only have a window of a few weeks to get it re-attached

    today i woke and i checked it their is no swelling and no bruising at all and the pain have decreased i just feel little pain when poke it hard with my finger,i thing this injury happend to me coz i have an imbalance in my chest msucles coz i received a sniper bullet beside my shoulder from 2 years and the doctor said its impossible to put muscle in this area, it look like i have a hole their
