cardio and bloat
hey guys.i'm planning on running an only-test cycle next month.i'm gonna take proviron and nolva ed,and also drink lots of water(dont wanna look like a balloon from bloating).i was wondering if 45 min cardio 6 times a week would help with bloat....

I would start with 30min 3x a week and then adjust from there...45minX6 is too much for most people trying to bulk.

It will keep off the bloat on me. Thats what I do to cut down. I could put on maybe half the weight that I would put on without cardio. I actually prefure that look though nice six pack and very veiny.

Here ya TRE, I have put on 26lbs this cycle and feel alot bigger bt I up 3-4% bf . Guess u gotta take the good with the bad. I'll just be a cuttin mother in the spring.
