    Question back from injury (little help pls)

    been back from a 4 month injury and have stared training slowly over the last 2 weeks.. i have done 3 cycles b4 mainly containing deca , sus, dinabol..(bulking)... with great results but after injury and losing near enough everything... how would it be best bring a cycle back into my training..

    age 26

    height 5,7

    weight 85kg (187lbs i think)

    Be best to get back in the swing of things for a while. Get training hard again and adapt to the daily routine.

    Agreed, your muscles "remember"... so it won't take too long... but the more established your routine is, the better your cycle will go. glad to hear your are recovering from the injury.

    i agree, the gear may tempt you to push harder than you should. it would suck to be out again.

    thanks guys the good responce.... shootdeep is right it is tempting to get back on to the cycle wagon but i will try to train as normal until i feel the time is wright...... thanks for your replys
