    Diet and Cycle Critque

    Hey guys,
    I was wondering if you guys could critque my diet and tell me if I need to change anything.Here are my stats:
    6'1"
    202 lbs.
    13.5% bodyfat
    This is the cycle I am planning:
    WEEKS 1-5
    D-BOL (TTOKKYO) @40mg ED
    TEST CYP. (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
    EQUIPOSE (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.

    WEEKS 6-21
    TEST CYP. (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
    EQUIPOSE (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.

    WEEKS 22-27
    TEST CYP. (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
    EQUIPOSE (QV) @600mg - 200mg@MON. WEDS. FRI.
    WINSTROL (QV) @50mg ED

    By the way this is my 3rd cycle, Injured myself in the middle of cycle #2. Have been back in the gym for 4 months now all natural, that is the reason for the low weight and low b.f.

    looks pretty good, but why inject three times a week? i think twice is more than enough. and personally i would cut the potato out for more complex carbs.

    Hey soulk
    as for the cycle it looks clean, I would go twice a week and take the eq 100mg less than the cyp and also end 1-2 wk before the cyp. you might want to think about some hcg in the middle, its a long cycle. also you didnt have anything down for your pct??I would run nolva through the whole cycle. as for your diet, I would loose the nlarge2 and get more real solid food in. it will have you money and be more effective, use the nlarge2 after your workout or before bed..throw some oatmeal in there for breakfast. try to get more eggs in there, they are cheep and a great source of protein, other than that Good luck.

    I don’t know why you’re injecting at 600mg on Monday and 300mg on Friday.

    Are you positive you want to run such a long cycle?

    You are breaking it down by 5 week clusters when you can just combine it.

    Wk 1-25 500-600mg Cyp each week.
    Wk 1-24 400-500mg EQ each week
    Wk 1-32 Nolva
    Wk 27-32 Clomid

    Forget the winstrol and tren . Unless you can run the tren a decent duration. If so, plug it toward the end.

    doc you're not reading him correctly...he'a at 600 entire cycle....the cycle is combined, he just wrote it odd-ball.....

    hey bro, 20mg nolv is straight if it's your only anti-e.....tapering off doses at the end is'nt a bad idea either....let us know how the cycle turns out

    Run the eq a little lower, like I have it written, but disregard my first values. Use the 600mg and 500mg.

    Why would you cut the winny or tren out? Was looking to cut just a little bit toward the end? Was thinking of cutting them out and trimming down the calories to 3900-4000 last 3 weeks? What do you guys think? I also have some hcg on hand would you guys recommend using it or just stick to the nolvadex and clomid at the end?

    You can keep the tren , but not both tren and winstrol .

    Also, I would inject Mondays and Thursdays. Decide for yourself if you want the tren in there, it’s up to you.

    So often see guys flamed for uninformed posts--its good to see the opposite.
