Use dextrose with your shake PWO (its just a simple sugar) then follow up with a meal 45min-1 hour later with a lower glycemic carb and protien in a real meal.

In the meal 45 after would you want to eat oats with or not? Also, what if your breakfast and your PWO meal is the same thing? I will wake up, go do cardio then come back and eat. So I just want to use dextrose PWO...then wait 45 min and eat again?
Also, can you get Dextrose at wal mart? Or would you have to go to a health food store??

random question, since I've never used dextrose...but how much is taken? I know the grams, but rather than weigh it out...how does one know how much to take...is a scoop of some size equal X grams?Quote:
