Use dextrose with your shake PWO (its just a simple sugar) then follow up with a meal 45min-1 hour later with a lower glycemic carb and protien in a real meal.

In the meal 45 after would you want to eat oats with or not? Also, what if your breakfast and your PWO meal is the same thing? I will wake up, go do cardio then come back and eat. So I just want to use dextrose PWO...then wait 45 min and eat again?

Also, can you get Dextrose at wal mart? Or would you have to go to a health food store??

Drect link won't work....go to beer brewing...then beer additives. Cheap and you can buy tons
Tons of places to get it other than this too.

Yeah, healthfood stores tend to have it. I get mine at proteinfactory.com.
