Anadrol Dosage?

I'm starting my 3rd cycle. As for orals I'm gonna take 50mg of anadrol ED for first 4 weeks. My question is when is the best time to take them. Some say a few hours before a workout, I was also told to split it in half and take one in the morning and one at night. Should I take it all in one, or split it.

I agree. All at once, at least one hour before training.

Again it depend of your preference u have to try different way to find the way u prefer. I recommend 3 times a day cause it keep blood level constant but still it's a preference. Good luck and u have to try to know more about it.

If you are taking 50mg then yes all before workout, But if you were to take lets say 100mg I would split it up into two doses one in the morning and the other before workout.
