    Unhappy planning ahead

    Im planning my next cycle I would like to gain some quality muscle and try and keep it too. Bloating has never really been a problem for me so i think ill be alright. Im 20yrs 197lbs 6ft 9.6%bf and will be competing for the first time next year.Hows this sound:

    wks ?? sustanon 250 750mg/wk
    wks 1-12 deca -durabolin
    and maybe enanthate 750mg/wk
    nolva at the end


    This is what im looking at just a rough draft any feed back appreciated, also if anyone has any good pre plained cycles let me hear them. thanks

    1,500mg of test a week. Drop the sus. Seeing as your saying bloating has not been a problem says you've done cycles before. So where is your PCT?

    drop the sus and and add some d-bol. use proviron and nolve to keep estrogen down and water retention low. proviron will aid in looking harder. use hcg and clomid at end and maybe some clens

    Drop the sust, bring the Test E down to 500mg(if cutting can also do 500mg/week prop). Drop the deca add EQ at 400mg. If you want to cut more you can add winny at the end of your cycle.
