Anti-e ??
I was wondering how many use aromatase inhibitors with their cycle what were the result other than less bloat?did it inhibit gains or just kept the water weight off.
Also i've hurd some don't use Anti-E For PCT what were the results? also did you notice any difference when using it Anti-E than without?.

i didn't use an inhibitor in my first cyle. i've used proviron every time after and i stay much less bloated and i feel and look harder. i felt it helped my gains rather than hindered them.

Not using an anti E during PCT and while on cycle in my opinion is just stupid, onky b/c not using nolva for example can only cause negative sides. Why risk it? Gyno is embarassing is not good to look at, female pattern fat deposits no one wants. Especially during PCT when your natural test levels are barely there, and the whatever is left in your system at that point is aromatizing. No anti-E equals bad things.

I use nolva straight through every cycle but the have not used ldex in pct before.
My gains are usually good with them in my cycle. Plus in PCT clomid at least is a must. Nolva isnt a bad idea to ad either.
