    first cycle: bulk-keep-cut, what do you think?

    i guess you are "sick" of my post, most of them for same reason: first cycle advice!
    but im a beginner and like to get more and more informed about different options.
    since first post ive made a lot of changes about my "perfect first cycle"!
    this is what ive decided to do after reading and asking a lot, trust me!
    i also hope, if everything is ok, that this "exemple" will be useful for other novice/first time/beginners looking for advices on first cycle (using search box!!!).
    i will start this cycle in 1st monday in february. Summer will be just after and id like to cut a little bit before it?
    what do you think about this cycle (my first ever)?

    Wk 1-4.... 20-25mg Dbol /ED
    .......... 250mg Test En/E5D (this will give a 375/wk average)
    .......... 0,25mg L-dex/ED + 10mg Nolva/ED (for bloat and gyno)
    .......... 1g Milk Thistle + 1g ALA/ED (for liiver protection)

    Wk 5-10... 250mg Test Enan/E5D
    .......... 0,25mg L-dex/ED + 10mg Nolva/ED

    Wk 9-12... 50mg Winny tabs/ED
    .......... 1g Milk Thistle + 1g ALA/ED (is this necessary w/winny?)

    Wk 11-12.. 20mg Nolva/ED

    “PCT” & “Clen /ECA Stack” (start 2 weeks after last shot or, same, day after last winny tab!!!)
    - Clomid/Nolva,
    Day 1: 300mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    Day 2-11: 100mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    Day 12-21: 50mg Clomid + 20mg Nolva
    - Clen/ECA (start same day as pct!),
    Day 1-14: Clen (pills per day)--> 2,3,4,4,5,5,5,5,5,5,4,3,0,0
    Day 15-28: ECA (start with 1 "typical dose" ED, rise till 2 or 3)
    (repeat this clen/ECA 4 weeks cycle another time, if necessary!)

    why would you start the cycle with a kick starter like dbol , and then start taking test which takes 3-5 weeks to start seeing results?

    only test is from week 5 on!

    Looks good but id up the test to 500mg weekly but it looks solid good luck bro.

    Yeah Fabry in response to your question in there about the winny tabs and ALA, the winny tabs are 17 alpha alkylated (17AA) just like the d-bol so they can negatively influence your liver values.

    for retards like me who don't read everything, it's easier to understand your cycle if you think of listing it in terms of the compounds used rather than be the week, ala:

    25mg dbol ED weeks 1-4
    250mg enanthate E5D weeks 1-10
    50mg winny ED weeks 9-12
    10mg nolva ED weeks 1-10
    .25mg ldex ED weeks 1-10

    that being said, i don't think you need the winnie, i would say that the enanthate would be enough, for a cycle this short, you don't want to do it half assed, either do a bulk cycle or a cutting cycle, since it's your first cycle, i would bulk, and think about a cutting cycle later

    so, just to change my idea one more time, i think i will start "easy" with dbol and test only and see what happen with them.
    in case of too much bloat (or bf) since first weeks, ill try to reduce them with diet and maybe couple of cardio workouts per week.
    then if i see, at week 6 or 7 that ill be looking like the Michelin Bibendom (or Bibendum...), i will probably start thinking of winny use from week 9!

    the nolva and ldex should keep the bloat down sufficiently, and make sure your diet is in check from day one, if you want to see good results, diet is key, good luck bro, you'll do great

    do you think a hight protein (3 grams prot/kilo - that is 1,5 gram/lb) with moderate carb diet will be enought?
    or i can be a real italian pasta (and pizza) man and just eat eat eat and just keep an eye on desserts and really "bad" foods?

    you can eat that stuff if you want to get really fat! i really don't know if you have a really fast metabolism and eating like that would actually be good, but, if i were you, i would check out the diet forum, lots of great info in there about dieting while on cycle, do a search before asking questions, though

    Cycle looks pretty good......

    Up the D-bol to 35 or 40mg through weeks 1 - 4.
    Run the winny from weeks 7 - 12 at 50 mg ED.
    Extend your anti-e's to week 12 as well.
    I would inject the Enan E3D to keep blood levels stable
