    Exclamation how to

    i have used gear before but it was a small cycle.basically novice.my friend had gave me a list for cycling.i am just not quite sure how to take.i am wondering if i could get some input.thanks.

    Welcome aboard soulreaver!

    weeks 1-4 d-bol 40mgs/day
    weeks 1-10 sus 500mgs/week
    weeks 1-10 deca 400mgs/week
    start clomid 3 weeks after last sus shot!

    Clomid : 300mgs 1st day then 100mgs for 10 days, then 50mgs for 10 days.

    For best results take 250mg sus and 200mgs of deca twice a week.you can mix them in the same syringe.
    eg... sun and wed, or fri and mon

    BUT PLEASE READ A LITTLE MORE TILL YOUR SURE THAT'S WHAT YOU WANT TO DO,OR YOUR CONFIDENT YOUR READY!
